Super Iron Wok Pan 11"Better non-stick effect and anti-rust surface realized by four layers of nitride processing. Keeping all the good quality of steel pan, Vita Craft's original four layer nitride processing made it anti-rust and made the maintenance easy. The nitride processing is widely used in the ship and airplane manufacturing to keep steel rust free.
The surface of the pan is purposely uneven to keep the surface well-oiled for optimal cooking. Longer you use the pan, more non-stick it becomes. The pan itself, nitride processing, surface finishing assembly and all inspections are all done in Japan to guarantee the quality.
